Collect the materials that directly bear on the proposed visual and identify conflicts, gaps, and superseded versions. Avoid sending confidential material through public forms.

Start with the question the visual must answer.
A useful litigation visual begins with a bounded explanatory question, not a request to make the case look dramatic. Counsel should identify the audience, procedural setting, supporting sources, disputed points, reviewer authority, and whether a still, timeline, diagram, or animation is proportionate.
Assign decisions deliberately
Medical or technical interpretations belong with appropriately qualified reviewers. Litigation purpose, disclosure, and presentation decisions belong with counsel. Production choices should remain subordinate to those authorities.
